This was a great treatment for tight, stiff, knotty muscles. It was quite painful - definitely not a relaxing treatment - but the range of movement I had the next day was marked. So if you have stiff, tight, and tense muscles, I would recommend this treatment.

Such a lovely place. Super clean and minimal. Sylvio was great, polite, attentive, professional. He gave great recommendations and clear he has a lot of experience with different skin types (I’m very very fair skin with a lot of redness but came out looking so bright and glowy) and the deep tissue massage was great too. Have a lot of knots which were definitely seen to! Would recommend (already have actually)
Great to see a small business thriving in this area and all of Manuels products were really nice and available to purchase after and used during the facial so you know what you’re buying beforehand.
