Loved the treatment but was really let down by the cancellation policy. I was convinced to buy a package of 3 in advance despite explaining I am rarely around and difficult to book in advance. I was told that I would get a notification ahead of the treatment and if I cancelled with 24 hour notice it would be no problem. Only issue I had the notification of the treatment on a saturday evening with the treatment next day at 3pm - at that point I texted the therapist who answered "thank you for lettign me know" the next morning - yet next time I was told I used 2 out of three and it was over because I cancelle dwithout notice once... so unless you get 48 hours notification, dont buy package in advance because there is no flexibility. Overall I threw away a lot of money. Def not going back based on thias approach.

Manuel was very knowledgable and informative about my skin. He was really polite and friendly, gave me a wonderful yet simple facial (which is what my skin needed!). Will definitely come back!
