Was greeted at the door on time and given a herbal tea of my choice which was lovely. My consultation put me at ease and any questions I had were answered. My main area of concern, which was my chin, was paid attention to without me really having to ask - which was great. The extractions were painless and thorough - something I didn’t get in other salons i’ve visited over the years. Manuel is great with his hands, my facial was so relaxing and I will, no doubt, be returning for more treatments. Overall, one of the best facials I’ve ever had, living in London! Thank you!!
