I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had an appointment for a treatment that was gifted to me, but I called in the morning to cancel because I was feeling very unwell with a bad cold. Despite my efforts to contact them, I never received a response or acknowledgment.
What makes it even more frustrating is that just the week before, they contacted me on very short notice to cancel my appointment because they didn't feel ok.
Not good customer service.

Amazing. Friendly welcome and a lovely relaxing room. Tracie was so helpful and offered a lot of advise during the consultation. the facial was incredible, so in depth and I left feeling refreshed and my face plump and soft. I will be back!
