Came here previously and loved it but had a different technician this time (despite requesting the same as last time) and was not as good. Used his thumb nail to push back all my cuticles etc rather than a tool and did not wear gloves. While my acrylics themselves have been applied well, my nail beds are really raggedy and I now have hang nails on nearly every finger. Wont come again - while happy to pay the price for the great service I received last time it’s very expensive for the poor second experience, not willing to take the chance a third time.
