It took 15 minutes to finish my manicure they advertise 30 mins but that includes the time you have to wait for your nails to dry. I got my nails on Tuesday today it’s friday and the nail polish has chipped on all of my nails. The owner was very nice and accommodating but very speedy and no attention to detail.

their customer service was awesome! loved my pedicure but wasn't as satisfied with the finishing of my acrylic service - nails weren't cleaned up or anything with the result that my though my nails were just done, they had unclean cuticles and the polish could have been better. I saw other nails done by them which were better. Really loved the customer service offered by a guy there who was very keen on customer service. I would go back but perhaps be a little more vocal on the finishing of my finger nail service as I do believe they would be accommodating.
