I actually had electrolysis, I found the session was really relaxing, Charmaine is very friendly and reassuring. She chats throughout and gives a good explanation of the treatment given.. I would definitely recommend this clinic I will be going back for further sessions. Very good value and easily accessible by public transport, easy to find.

I really liked Charmaine, she is super fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about essential oils and being a beautician in general. I have been sugared before, and this time around my results only lasted for a week, I think because a lot of the hairs were broken at the surface. Now I have a lot of ingrown hairs. Unfortunately quite a few hairs were missed as well, I would have pointed them out but it was hard to see in there. That being said, the bed was comfortable, smelled nice, and the playlist was great.
