Great service, but the products used are not of great quality. Poor choice of colours.

I had called earlier in the day to find out if I could come in earlier, but no one answered. When I arrived at the address I understood why, because no one was at the front desk for 35 minutes. The lady I came in with ended up leaving because there was no one around even though she too had booked an appt (her appt time had passed) I was going to leave too because I needed the bathroom, the lady eventually appeared, I mentioned I hadn’t been under the sun bed before - she told me what to do but when I got under it I couldn’t operate the fan so I stopped the session and went out to let her know but she had disappeared. So I left with only 2 minutes under the sun bed when I had paid for 9. The lady was lovely but truthfully, a very disappointing first experience.
