I know I can't complain about how cheap this deal was but the sunbed had no effect on me at all !! I am very disappointed very very weak sunbed !! Such a shame as the man at reception is lovely . Will not be returning

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience here.
Firstly, I turned up for my appointment 5 minutes early and the gentleman at the desk said the beautician should be with me shortly. After 15 minutes he tried calling her to no avail. Eventually, 30 minutes into my appointment I gave up - I was in no mood to be pamper as I was particularly annoyed by this time at the tardiness. I left my number and the beautician called me 10 minutes later saying Wahanda hadn't notified her (first time it's happened to me, however, I see that it's happened before on previous feedback), then we rearranged for 2 days later - she was very apologetic.
Then, my next appointment I arrived early and no sign of the beautician. 15 minutes into the appointment time I called her and she answered instantly saying she was about to call and she was stuck in traffic and she'd be there any minute (5-10 minutes later she turned up). Then, it was all a fuss in the room to prepare the things, what was most annoying that it was meant to be relaxing but the beautician's heels were chunking all around me (in hindsight, I should have said something). The ambiance definitely wasn't relaxing, you could hear the gym music right outside the door (eventually there was some incense burning).
The facial itself was fairly okay, however, I like to experience mine relaxed and I was just too annoyed by the whole situation. The beautician did seem knowledgeable, so perhaps for a wax or something not indulgent/relaxing then it will probably be okay (obviously, I cannot verify this).

Friendly and welcoming Staff and just what you need to have a top up tan. Great and fair price, I would always recommend The Miami Health Club.

The woman who did my treatment was lovely. She was very friendly and this contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Felt my legs were a bit rushed in comparison to the bikini wax. A few hairs were left after the bikini wax which can be expected I guess but off the ones that were taken off it has been nearly four weeks of smoothness.
