Michael was very accommodating, friendly and did exactly what I wanted him to. He gave advice and counsel and did a very thorough job. Such a nice guy. I was also running late and he didn’t mind moving the appointment by 45 min with 10 minutes notice. He also doesn’t book too many people back to back. So I didn’t feel rushed at all. It was all about me.
