Staff we’re really friendly but the overall experience was disappointing.
They made me a coffee but they had spilt it over the outside of the mug which they didn’t clean up. In regards to the blow dry, they didn’t ask me how I wanted it done so expected it to be a curly blow dry as standard but they blow dried it straight.
The cut was fine as I was just having a blunt cut but it’s the little things that made them lack professionalism which made the whole experience seem rather disappointing instead of a pampering treat.
