The toilet didn't work so the person who previously used it could not flush, maybe an out of order sign could of been used. Make up wasn't great but the staff was lovely and offered to fix it up, but being pushed for time i couldn't stay as i had already sat for 40 minutes! First experience was great but second not so much. Cannot fault the staff, friendly as ever

I love my hair after the treatment! So good and you don't have the whole trouble of waiing 3 days before washing it. I will definitely have it done again
