The Salon was very busy when I went so me and my friend had to wait & there wasn't much room to sit down as it was busy with people that had had their hair done but we're waiting for their friends! the blow dry itself was fine and under normal circumstances would probably have been good.
Blow Dry
I booked in to get a full head of foils done with Rebecca this morning after having had a really bad experience with another salon in Liverpool where they frazzled my hair by putting me under heat with bleach in. Needless to say, I was rather apprehensive about going somewhere new! From the moment I walked in, Rebecca was great. She was so warm and friendly and gave me an amazing new head of hair. She completely transformed my hair from a dull blonde with lots of darker tones through it, to a lovely bright blonde. I'm really delighted! The time she took over my hair too didn't go unnoticed, she made sure everything was done to the highest standard. She also made sure I was completely happy with my hair. In previous experiences, I have never had someone so concerned that I was satisfied. I know that if I'd said I wasn't 100% delighted with it, she would have done what she could to fix it (not that it needs it because it is beautiful!) I have now found someone in Liverpool that I will go back to and trust. Thank you Rebecca! Also a thank you to Heidi who gave me a lovely shampoo and condition!

I was very happy with my curly blow and pin curls and would definitely go back in the future. The staff were lovely.
I got a curly blow on Tuesday night. While initially not quite a "curly" as other Liverpool curly blows it was done to a standard that lasted all the way until this morning! I might have been able to get another day out of it with some serious dry shampoo but a trip to the gym meant I needed a shower. If you're looking for kind staff and longevity, definitely come here!
Blow Dry
I am not happy with my haircut - I showed the photos before and we agreed on the length and style, but I ended up with something that is way shorter and much different from what I wanted and I don't like it. I was also charged extra because it was a 'restyle', which again I wouldn't mind if it was something I wanted in a first place. I am disappointed as it seems that everyone else is happy with the salon and I went there because of the reviews. I won't be visiting again, unfortunately.
