Slow start, waited ten minutes before someone come over to myself and another customer waiting then a further 35 minutes to find my patch test I had previously undertaken in the other salon. Ellen a was lovely, confident in her ability, really good cut and colour , thank you Ellena !

I’m really not one to leave reviews but I found my experience at Michael Franks really weird. The atmosphere was strange and quiet, my stylist seemed really unsure and nervous cutting my hair which just made me nervous. Felt on edge the entire time. I’m not massively unhappy with my cut but I know I could of got better at my usual hair dressers. Stylist only worked from one side of my head meaning none of her sectioning was remotely accurate which has made the cut uneven. I won’t be going back.
