The hair cut/wash etc was generally great. However, I was charged an additional £7 for the hair cut because they said the offer only included ‘a trim’ - I don’t know what that means for a woman. Anyway, the whole think didn’t take very long, and I don’t see any reason why I would have to be charged extra as no extra service was provided. It ended up being less of a good deal and frankly, somewhat annoying.

Nora was really lovely and gave me the perfect cut! I wasn’t very sure if I described the cut I wanted perfectly but she got it and gave me a style that suited me very well.

Naheed has been very lovely. She knows what she is doing and has been great in advising me and informing me about the treatment. I have had a few treatments now and I can see the difference. Would recommend!
