My haircut is not right… it’s wonky with some parts longer than others. She never asked me how I wanted my hair dried she just dried and straightened it. Also she kept walking off in the middle of doing my hair to check and do other people’s hair. Honestly I’m so disappointed with my hair and it was shorter than I asked for.

The experience I received from this salon was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book an appointment as their customer service is the worst. They don’t care about their customers at all. I was booked in for a laser treatment and received 2 confirmations before my appointment and I even called in the morning of my appointment to confirm. Upon arrival im told it was cancelled after travelling for more than hour. They also took more than 2 weeks to refund
