They postponed my appointment last minute by half an hour. I arrived at the rescheduled time. After another 40 minutes of waiting, I was told that I only need to wait for a few more minutes but the stylist of my booking was still slowly washing and cutting another client's hair. I hope the salon will improve on its customer service and its respect on people's time. They could have honestly told me how much more time it would take.

An ok salon but wasn't super welcoming as a treatwell customer.
Very limited toner options and it didn't turn out as expected.

I have booked in with this salon before but they cancelled due to time restrictions etc. I thought I would give it a go for a toner, WCB. Overall, it wasn't too bad, and happy with the result but along the way there were some issues. Felt a bit rushed, hair was only rough dried and when asked for a blow dry was initially told I hadn't booked in for one which was incorrect. Would have been nice to have been offered a drink and refused hairspray so blowdry didn't hold by the time I got home.
