This was a busy salon and they were running a bit over but were responsive when I let them know I was limited in how long how could wait. The lady who did my hair was lovely and did a great job.
I asked what color it will be for me given my hair color and skin color(dark black or brown?) and the staff said like 5 times “I don’t know...” of course it will vary by person but “saying I don’t know” is the least useful answer
The result is not bad but I’ve had more careful and professional services elsewhere
