I booked twice. The first time they called me the day before cancelling. Understandable, it can happen. The second time they made me show up and then told me that the hairdresser assigned to me was out sick. With absolutely no notice!

The haircut was great and my hairdresser was very experienced. The only thing is, after I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait for an extra 40min before I was able to get treated which was slightly annoying. But the price and the result was great.
