Had a nice experience getting balayage. The graduate stylist ensured that it was as I wanted, and consulted the expert when required. They got the colour perfect and I couldn’t be happier. It took a while to get started as all clients arrive at 10:15 however, was completed by 2pm.

Emma, my stylist, was great from start to finish. Very welcoming and knew exactly what I wanted for my style after I explained it. Made sure I was OK throughout the process, talking me through what was happening at each stage and she built a good rapport with ne. She was very friendly, as were all the staff, and so professional making sure I was comfortable at all times. One of the best cut and blow drys I've had.

Toner was the desired colour however parts of balayage looked block like not gradual. The overall cut was uneven and didnt quite achieve the explained hairstyle. Could have made more small talk although i like it minimal so not bad for myself however others would prefer more conversation.
