Prices may look good here but good luck actually getting to your appt! Booked for a colour and booked a patch test, turned up after driving to Manchester and paying for parking to be turned away (rudely) at the door because the patch test needed to be a day before the appt. Rebooked the patch test for the day before, to be told on this day I’m not able to come for my colour as the patch test was 22 hours before the appt and it needed to be 24, despite not having any other slots available. Joke.
The treatment was good and the stylist was friendly

Had cut and then colour 2 days later. Such lovely young trainees. Really chatty and bubbly. Supervising staff lovely. Noticed how nice the supervisors are with the students. Very helpful and supportive. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
