Wow - in need of my highlights freshening up and gave this lovely training salon a try - I was not disappointed - very professional from start to finish. I got a talented trainee called Meghan who was so diligent and careful - she did a fab blow dry too! The trainers check everything is being carried out efficiently and professionally. Lovely Ryan who greeted me at reception and sorted my skin test was an absolute gem - so friendly and informed. will be back

Overall a really good cut, I chose to have a straight cut just shorten my normal length a bit and the stylist did a very good job and I’m pleased! However, stylist didn’t ask how short I wanted it, and I realised how little she had cut off after she had done the entire back of my hair so it was a bit late to restart again as I wanted it shorter. Overall very good and good value for money!

Incredible value. Great to also know that you are helping trainees learn. Very happy with the results, took 2 and a half hours for a cut and full head of highlights which is quicker than it sometimes takes at a normal hairdressers. In terms of improvement I would suggest being greeted, introduced to the hairdresser, them confirming what order your hair cut/colour will be in before starting. It’s a very minor change makes all the difference from a customer service point of view and builds confidence in the customers over all ability of the hairdresser and will help trainees with these skills when they’re in salon in the future.

Turned up and they asked if I could be used as a demo infront of a group of learners, but got my hair done by a qualified hairdresser. Amy was lovely and checked over my hair again after the demo before blow drying and curling.
