Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Actually wanted to change my hair for so long so I decided to do a balayage. My hair was extremely damaged when I came but I was so surprised w the final look. It is absolutely stunning & i couldnt ask for more. I really like the cheeky duo trainee & supervisor, Jordan & Jake (sorry if I misspelled). They did it really well; talking to me through all the process, did extra on cutting & fixing my hair colour, also being very attentive. Posted my hair on instagram & people been asking abt it!

The process for the patch test was quick and efficient. Just the downside was that customers have to wait for around 10 mins for them to get all the trainees to sign in first.
Carnessa (sorry if spelt it wrong) was absolutely wonderful to speak to, the natter we had really cheered me up whilst I'm struggling with mental health right now. She did a good job whilst she's training. The only thing I didn't like was that I asked for a lot off and I didn't get that, I felt too awkward to keep asking. Thank you for a lovely chat, it meant a lot to me :) best of luck for the future! 💕
