A teacher made my haircut while teaching a student how to do it, then the student blew dry my hair. It took a bit longer than usual because of the teaching involved, but for the low price it was worth the wait.

I thought for £18 this was too good to be true - I was wrong! I have long thick hair and the stylist (Ellie) was so professional and friendly! My balayage has turned out the best it ever has, without paying over £100! Would 100% recommend.

I originally have black hair with ash blonde highlights. When I came in for my skin test the assistance praised I had gorgeous colour so I knew I didn't want to change colour, just have my regrowth highlighted. The next day I went in for my full foil highlights appointment, I said I really like my blonde colour and asked if I can have this applied to my root area as I had a large regrowth. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she understood what I wanted and she confirmed what she needed do with her teacher. After a while with bleach foils in and going under the heat, I didn't think she left bleach on my roots on long enough (she didn't check this with anyone, the two teacher ladies had disappeared), I got my hair washed, she said my roots were quite brassy so she put a toner on, she said she'll need to darken the rest of my hair for it to blend, I said no I want to keep my current blonde colour and I started to panic. One of the staff lads came over to check this and said my ends didn't need touching, just the roots. They put a further two toners. After a while they washed it out and dried my hair. I ended up with warm brown on the top of my head and bottom was ash brown. My previous blonde colour was no more. I was so upset. I asked for full head of blonde but came out with brown hair. I wish I had a better experience to share.
Hair Colouring
When someone eventually arrived at reception, I was told that there was no one available for my appointment! I was asked to come back the following day. l declined. Someone could have phoned, emailed or contacted Treatwell to cancel or rearrange appointment. Not only was my time wasted but I wasn’t given an apology!! Waiting for refund. Total shambles.
