Poppy was so lovely and did a fab job and they accommodated me even after Igot the time wrong and arrived half an hour late! I'll definitely be coming back.

Millie was tremendous. Very helpful and attentive. I have A LOT of hair and she coped very well. All the staff were polite and listened to what I wanted.
Covid protection was excellent.

The only reason you would go here is for the cheap price. The graduate stylists were not very supervised and clearly overworked. The woman who did my hair was balancing my hair and another woman's. This meant neither of us had her full attention and my hair was not what I asked for at all. It appeared to be overly bleached and blonde. The price was cheap and the people very nice but they should have more supervisors and less clients to make sure they are delivering what they should.
