Didn't have the right colour dye in but didn't tell me until after it was completed, which meant I was left with a colour I hadn't asked for. The staff were friendly however.
Pros: Very good value for money, some lovely young people working there, and they were happy to discuss options and ideas on style
Cons: The place looks and feels rather run down and a bit grimey, I found the atmosphere a little strange as the staff (apart from your stylist) tend not to acknowledge your existence when they come over so you feel a bit like a dummy, and, obviously, they are trainees so you might not get exactly what you're looking for. My highlights turned out kind of chunky in places and uneven.
I went with my sister for a wash, cut and blow and can say the results are the same as paying £30 odd at the standard hairdressers, if not better. The girl who did my hair, think her name was Rebecca who also works at a salon in Failsworth, was super professional and friendly. It did take about 2 hours, but bear in mind they are learning and there is someone who checks over before you go. I would definitely go again.
