Incredible value. Great to also know that you are helping trainees learn. Very happy with the results, took 2 and a half hours for a cut and full head of highlights which is quicker than it sometimes takes at a normal hairdressers. In terms of improvement I would suggest being greeted, introduced to the hairdresser, them confirming what order your hair cut/colour will be in before starting. It’s a very minor change makes all the difference from a customer service point of view and builds confidence in the customers over all ability of the hairdresser and will help trainees with these skills when they’re in salon in the future.

Turned up and they asked if I could be used as a demo infront of a group of learners, but got my hair done by a qualified hairdresser. Amy was lovely and checked over my hair again after the demo before blow drying and curling.
