I have a great hair cut by Hayley, the trainer and Poppy, the learner who was keen to get the cut right. It 'felt' right ie I knew she was getting the layer effect and the thinning of the bulky thick hair on top. Hayley guided her but also let her learn by doing. Poppy is great at her job and I wish her well wih the rest if her training.
