Dreadful experience - definitely wouldn’t recommend. Was left sitting alone for nearly 2 hours after hair washing simply waiting for a cut and dry. Left the salon with no cut or dry in the end and wet hair. I paid £10 just to have my hair washed and 2 hours of my life wasted. Was ignored continuously and literally had to leave without getting any cut or dry as they had wasted so much of my time and I couldn’t afford to waste my entire day there, i had places to be!

Been using Michaeljohn Training Academy for years. Only had one not so nice experience with one of the tutors who was quite rude because I was late.
However thankfully it’s a one off.
The tutors and stylists are all lovely.
