Went to a different hairdresser who gave me an awful job haircut and booked an appt here to fix it which they were able to do as best as they could considering my hair was short

Sadly this was the first time I was a bit disappointed with my haircut, I came in with a picture of the style I wanted, I needed to get rid of the bob style I was given cse it didn't suit my hair and only came out with a shorter version of it :(

Ava done my roots today and she was fab!! Even though it was her first day she’s had some experience beforehand. She was friendly come across confident and well mannered. Her head wash was 10/10 and the blow dry she gave me was 👌🏻. Overall I left the salon very happy so a big thank you to Ava I hope you can my hair again
