Really happy with my hair considering it was very different to what I started with. All the hairstylists were very friendly and made it a comfortable experience for me (It was my first time on my own). Will most certainly be back again when Im ready for another cut!! Xx

Had a blonde balayage previously, went in for a brightening toner. The trainer instructed the stylist to do a root melt, which I didn’t ask for, resulting in my hair turning brown. He argued with me/didn’t apologise/offer to correct it. They did a bleach bath on my curly hair to remove the toner and tried to blow dry it without brushing it through first which hurt and also broke all of my hair off. I had to tell the trainer to stop and left the salon with wet hair.
