Didn't receive a haircut as non of the barbers wanted to cut. Came in for a simple men's haircut with my partner. Was told to sit down until somebody came to cut my hair. There was a hairdressing class going on in the same room with a group of students. The manager / teacher announced to them who 'wants' to cut their hair, and whilst sitting next to the class, they all give excuses not to cut hair (one even saying they have an allergic reaction...). We were both left waiting for over 20 min

I was told I didn't need a patch test on 15/10 for 2/12 as it was just a root touch up & had a patch test on 14/10 for for colour & highlights, I asked this because 2/12 was a Monday & didn't know how It could 24^48 hrs before, I was rudely spoken to
