Missed dying a few hairs at the front. Did ask for a full head of colour but they only did roots and never got a proper cut. I had dye on my face which wouldn’t come off and my hair wasn’t washed properly,

I have had good experience in the past but this visit was not great. I have fairly thick hair and it felt like it was treated as an inconvenience. The trainees forgot to brush/comb my hair before starting my hair and then they only did five foils despite having a lot of hair. I asked for toner and the trainee discouraged it even though my hair definitely needed it. They rushed through it and despite me asking for brighter lighter hair my hair looked darker after.

Poppy was very attentive, asking throughout if I was happy, comfortable etc, great wash and blow also she did two Dutch braids very neat
Jake is also a great tutor, great with staff, trainees and clients
