I understand that for a lower price and a training school, the expectations are lower. However, I was quite shocked with the blow dry I received - but mainly the lack of help and general care for my hair, especially from the supervisor. The trainees need to be better trained before moving on to human hair - but regardless, the supervisor should have fixed what they had created. My hair is damaged and ripped, and not what I asked for.

No hello from the stylist, no name, no consultation, i was needing to very hesitantly asking for what i wanted. Got a mediocre one length cut that took 15 minutes or so, was supposed to cost £5 or £7 with a wash but was charged £12 for no reason. They have done it before in the past, if u don’t pay on treeatwell, they will charge whatever !
