Really pleased with my root colour

They didn’t want to do it because of their “safety” rules. You need to do a patch test 48h- 24h before but if you want to have you hair done on Tuesday it has to be exactly on Monday 10 am because they don’t allow it done early. I came twice for a patch test. Both times I was refused because it was “too early” or “too late. In short go here if you have unlimited time during work hours, if you’re ready for inconsistent communication, rude treatment, and not having your hair done in the end.

I needed to postpone my appointment, as I forgot to get a patch test, the staff were really helpful in changing my appointment without charging me again. I believe I had a young woman called Sophie who did my highlights and cut. Turned out amazing and I really love it, just in time for summer. Super affordable, definitely recommend!
