Booked highlights but after consultation mutually decided balayage would be better to achieve my desired look. Stylist was very thorough and did an excellent job! Didn't complain about my hair being thick and dark at all, just did a fantastic job! Thank you so much. Also had ends trimmed and now hair much healthier-looking.

Not quite the same since all my favourite people have left. If the hairdressing training industry itself was more inclusive (still no clue how to deal with different hair types unless you're European) maybe they would start to incorporate and include essential training for all hair types.
No idea WHY they don't teach these things but here at Micheal John they always try their best and I always leave happy and satisfied.
I enjoy coming here and helping to contribute to the students learning
