I got my haircut and blowdry done by Ruby, and she did an amazing job. For just £7, my hair looked healthy and great again. I’m really happy with the results!

The stylist did not listen to me. I mentioned a numerous times I wanted a balayage she mentioned she would do highlights. I asked her many questions as I had a gut feeling not something was not right. The supervisors were not helpful or informative and were not ensuring that they were guiding her correctly. The atmosphere seemed all over the place. I would not recommend. I asked for a hair cut and it was done within two minutes and rushed. I had to pay again to get my hair done professionally.
