While washing my hair I told her that my back was getting wet she put a fold up towel on my neck,however ,when she was finished washing my hair my neck and clothes at the back was wet through The professional stylist had to dry my top with a hair dryer

Had to leave the salon halfway through with wet hair as they were doing a fire drill which was annoying but obviously necessary. Also turned up and they initially were going to turn me away as apparently they didn't have anyone qualified to do my hair or something even though I had booked in advance on Treatwell but they managed to do it in the end - I had a lovely girl in first year and she did a pretty good job so I can't complain! Will be coming back in the future for sure.
