Stylist appeared nervous when told she was doing highlights on a client. She was reassured that she could get help it needed and was accompanied by another stylist and did half each. Tutors did not come up once during the treatment to check if everything was going alright. Hair turned out satisfactionary. Foils on top of the head weren’t left in long enough so there wasn’t barely any difference in colour on the top of my head. Lovely girls though.

I had Ruby &she looked at photos of colours I liked & will be working towards as due to health hadn’t had H/lghts done in 7mnths ,she got straight to getting what she needed & started my H/lghts she was great at foils & were all packed nice & tight she checked progress thru out,had foils out washed & toned & asked did i want curly or straight blow, the colour was , great & looked like I had full head of H/lghts,Confident Chatty Perfect Stylist, always had great results ,highly recommend
