Beatrice was very nice and welcoming. She made the experience pleasurable as it's my first time visiting a new hairdressers in long time. I feel there's could have been more communication with regards to exactly what she was doing for the sake of reassurance and ensuring the customer gets exactly what they want. Other than that it was good and I like my highlights.

I'd gone to Michael with the idea of pink highlights. Michael deftly steered me towards the right amount of pink. Initially I found the result startling but by the following day, after a number of people had told me how great I looked, I love my pink splodge!
