I was very disappointed with my treatment, for the sole reason that it did not work. I have had many Brazilian Blow Drys in the past and my hair has always stayed straight for a couple of months after the treatment. However, whatever they use at Michaela Mitoi was completely ineffective, and my hair was back to normal within a few washes. I feel conned having spent a lot of money on a totally useless treatment.

Arrived 15 minutes early but was sat straight away to begin my haircut, Simone was like lovely and offered me beverages and reading materials to keep me occupied while she worked. Very nice head massage during the shampooing and when she found i wasn't in a rush took longer to perfect my cut. Very pleased with the result, will be back.
