I walked in believing I was in very good hands after reading some brilliant reviews online but Michaela Mitoi is nothing short of a posh scam! After swindling me off £141 and a forced sale of some unnecessary products, the treatment didn't work and all I received as post-treatment consultation from Michaela was extremely rude comments and gestures. She promised a result in my hair that was far from visible or true and what was worse was her reaction to such a shoddy job. She was rude, insulting and extremely defensive. She truly believes she's a rare gem who cannot be challenged for any reason. Clients can get easily fooled by all the pomp and show and I'm using this forum to warn them against this posh and pretentious scam

Andrew was absolutely fabulous! He listened intently to what was needed, offered his expert advice on what would deliver the best result and executed the style seamlessly.
The finish was beautifully blowdryed and was one the of the best results I've had yet.
The wash & massage was so soothing and well-done that most would easily fall into a slumber from!
The courteousness of the staff was first class.
