Absolutely wonderful - this is the gold standard of hair and beauty. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and I felt completely pampered and in great hands. Not only that, but I was kindly offered a free nail treatment whilst the treatment was on. I have very thick, frizzy hair and found the treatment brilliant in terms of improving the texture and condition as well as cutting down the time it take to blow dry. Overall a really wonderful location and I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Perfectly good pedicure, I'd happily return to the salon, with the first time client discount too it was great value

Staff were friendly & attentive; I was offered a drink on arrival & after my treatment I had booked a facial, which was lovely, the beauty therapist offered lots of skin care advice & was very knowledgeable. Overall I would highly recommend

My first visit to this new salon, and I was really impressed by the experience. Michaela and her team deserve to do really well with their new venture. Spotlessly clean, bright & staffed by excellent therapists, the lady who looked after me has done such an excellent job that my manicure is still in place some weeks later. I'll be back! I was looking for a hairstylist for my first haircut in London and I read amazing reviews about Michaela Mitoi Hair and Beauty Salon and I decided to go. I'm so happy I listened to my instinct. I had the most relaxing time and an amazing haircut. Thank you Diana so much for my haircut. Definitely i'll come back.
