I was looking for a hairstylist for my first haircut in London and I read amazing reviews about Michaela Mitoi Hair and Beauty Salon and I decided to go. I'm so happy I listened to my instinct. I had the most relaxing time and an amazing haircut.

Had a wonderful Hydradermie facial with Lorraine. She was very knowledgeable and the whole experience was relaxing and therapeutic. Plus my skin looks and feels great! The salon in general is spotless and modern - I highly recommend, and I will be back!

Really nice place staff offer you drinks a nice glass of wine while your having hair done ,Best hair cut Ive had in a year will be going back there for next cut and colour.

I wanted to write and say thanks to Michaela. I visited the salon last Friday for the first time it was quite literally the best experience I have ever had in a salon and I promise you I am not an easy person to please.
I was extremely anxious having had so many bad experiences with other hairdressers which culminated in my last visit resulting in two tone hair. I was desperate for somebody to fix it.
Michaela not only fixed it she spent so much time discussing what the options were to fix it, understanding exactly the look, colour etc i was going for and my word did she achieve it! I wanted a natural medium brown with a few scattered natural highlights (not stripey like most places seem to do and not dip dye which seems to be the fashion at the moment) It is by far the best hair colour and cut i have ever had and I have visited all the “trendy” places in london and spent above and beyond and walked away feeling either not happy or nonchalent about the results. This is the first time i was ecstatic literally bounced home and have had so many compliments since!
I\’m so happy that I have found someone I trust will listen to what I want and will go above and beyond to achieve it.
The salon itself is gorgeous and classy, the chairs unbelievably plush and comfortable. I was treated like a princess! So many drinks offered to me and beautiful touches of chocolates (it was Valentines day) on the tray with a pot (not a cup) of tea. The sinks provided reclining massaging chairs while your hair was washed and treated to the most amazing shampoo and conditioner, so good I had to buy some.
I have already recommended to all my friends, one of which will visit with me when I go next!
Thanks so much again for giving me back lovely hair, it’s been literally years but I’m loving liking my hair again!

Lorraine was very professional and kind. We had a lovely chat and she did a fantastic job with the shellac. Only slight criticism is their limited selection of colours.
