**IT IS ALL TRUE!!*** If you want something luxurious, indulgent and spectacular this is the place to come.
As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile and a clean, inviting space. The staff are friendly, helpful and immediately take my coat and offer me something to drink. I start with tea as its only 2pm.
Today I am having a "Full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry". I meet Diana who is my consultant and she instantly put me at ease with her friendliness and professional manner. Diana is attentive and listens to my needs and then we decide what colours we are going to add in. I also decide to add one extra colour in to enhance my hair colours. We then talk about shape and fringe, nothing is missed and I feel relaxed and ready for my experience.
Well what an experience, Michaela and her team know about service. This salon knows what people want and they treat you like a movie star. Whilst I was there I enquired about gel nails and decided to get them done. Diana arranged it that I would have my nails done whilst having my hair done as to save time. Lorraine was spectacular at doing my nails, really gentle and lovely to talk to. I also noted I needed my eyebrows done, which Lorraine did for me in-between having my hair done.
I was then offered a lovely glass of champagne and a chocolate to have whilst enjoying my experience. I was on a diet, but everything about this salon is luxurious and elegant without the pretentiousness of other salons.
I was extremely impressed with the standard and the service of this salon and will not go anywhere else. The overall result was spectacular and I would recommend this salon to anyone on here.
Go try it out and I promise you will not be sorry. I spent 5 hours in the salon and by the end it was like being amongst friends.
Luxurious elegance under one roof! a must for anyone! Highly recommended!

After reading the reviews I wanted to have an appointment with Diana for a wash, cut and blow dry. I am very nervous going to the hairdressers and was quite tearful at the start because it had been nearly a year since my last trip to a hairdressers so my hair was an almighty mess, outgrown of any style and the most awful regrowth of grey.
Diana was so welcoming, friendly and reassuring and after a great consultation with her listening to what I wanted I had the most fabulous haircut and then also a colour too. My hair looks wonderful, I love it the cut and colour are just perfect.
Diana really is just such a likeable person, wonderful smile and just so nice.
Also must mention the great head massage.
Could not fault it in anyway at all and will certainly be using Diana again but won't leave it nearly a year next time!
Loved my trip to the salon last week. My stylist was running late so Michaela saw me instead. She went through everything with me first and advised me what she thought would look best then washed, cut and blow dried my hair. Great haircut, great staff and overall great salon. Recommend.
Great experience at Michaela Mitoi. I had my haircut into a new style by Diana who really listened to what I wanted and then gave me her own advice as to what would work best. Really love the result! Would definitely revisit and great value for money.
Very happy with the manicure this morning. I liked the products used and my nails look great. I would come here again for further manicures.
