Very pleased with my experience (went for a hair cut). The staff were very approachable and friendly (despite my lateness). I was offered refreshments upon arrival. Very happy with the quality of the service received.
I had a 1 hour personalised massage and was impressed by the quality of the treatment. Often the beauty treatments I have had at hairdressers have not been great, but the therapist at Michaela Mitoi is very good and thorough. Lovely clean salon, highly recommended.

I had a cut and blow dry with Diana and she was great. She paid attention to detail and asked me what I wanted as well as offering her own advice. I felt very relaxed and not rushed like I have been in the past at other salons. With the Wahanda discount the cost of the haircut was excellent and I'm sure I'll be going back again soon.

I have just moved from Australia and was apprehensive about how many hairdressing experiences i would have to go through until i found 'the one salon for me'. But look no further! My experience at Michaela Mitoi with Gerald Long was beaut! The detail of customer service provided a nice comforting welcome and my stylist participated in actually looking at my hair prior and then deciding what would look the best and what kind of cut i should get. The result was perfect, modern and was, as discussed (unlike other experiences i'm sure we've all had). I highly recommend this salon, and have no doubt that ill be back for my next cut!

Brand new salon which is really nice and modern with amazing vibrating chairs! Great location, right next to the C3 or 295 bus stop or short walk from Wandsworth Town station or Imperial Wharf.
The 3 stylists I met used to work in Harrods so are top notch! My stylist Diana was so lovely, really friendly and took a great deal of care doing my highlights. The tone of the colour was perfect and she even saved me having to have a toner out on (which lots of other hairdressers try to rip me off on!)
For £59 for half a head of highlights with the offer of some champagne too, you can't go wrong!
