To be honest, whenever I go to Michael John I’m never disappointed. Staff are so professional and super friendly... No joke, I’m obsessing over my hair non stop! Thank you and will be seeing you soon xx

A mixed reaction - loved the colour & end result. But the atmosphere was a little 'hectic' vs relaxing, not what you expect from the MichaelJohn brand. And I was charged £50 extra for a gloss, without pre-warning me of the additional price at all.

Pepa did an amazing job! My appointment was double booked, but the salon quickly rectified (I came back 30 minutes later) and they still managed to fit me in. The cut and style itself turned out so much better than I hoped. Would definitely recommend.
