Tried out a new salon and have come out pleased with the haircut but the wash was lack lustre with drastically changing water temperature and inadequate scrub pressure. I’m not sure if it was just where I was seated but it felt like two of the team were just hanging around behind my chair gossiping. It came across quite unprofessional. The director who cut my hair however listened to all of my requests and executed them all seamlessly - thank you!
