The blow dry itself looked great. Unfortunately the experience was awful. I don’t know if she was trying to finish quickly but both the rough drying and the blow-dry felt really aggressive. My head was being yanked in every direction and really hot air was blown in my face and ears. It was like she was trying to do my whole head in just 5 goes (and I have really thick hair) so she tugged really hard. It was not enjoyable at all. Hopefully just a one-off.

Lovely blow dry. Asked me what I wanted and I bought my own pins as I wanted to keep the pin curls in to leave the salon so my hair could set for longer. My hairdresser was happy to use them and checked I was happy with the blow dry brush size
