After going months without a cut and applying box dyes to my hair through lockdown my hair was in very bad condition. Michelle demonstrated her years of knowledge, skills and experience by advising my hair couldn't simply be coloured and cut. It had to be corrected first, then coloured, and cut and styled from there, which took up a lot more of her time than expected. She really did go above and beyond for me and did an amazing job on my hair!
