Was exactly what I needed and highly recommended.
If like me you are new to deep tissue massage, I can’t stress enough the need to drink plenty of water afterwards. Even if you think you’ve drank enough, drink more!

Matts treatment room is tucked away upstairs in Bojangles salon, so really easy to find. Matt really listened to where my areas of concerns were regarding back pain etc, and worked marvels getting the knots out of my back, neck and shoulders. He had a very calming manner and the treatment room was spotless, and really quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be going again.
