Thank you for my haircut but wish I had been offered a tea or a drink of some kind during my time there. I felt weird asking and wasn't sure if it was an option at all until I heard another customer being offered one.

Louisa was fantasic, she took time to understand what I'd like and did an amazing job - added in lots of highlights over some poor coverage that I had from other salons and the colour has turned out really well. Frederica also gave an incredible massage when washing my hair. I was unsure about trying out a new unknown place, but will definitely go back.

Had a great haircut! The place was really pleasant and clean, and the person who cut my hair listened and gave great advice. Lovely blow dry to top things off.
