Louisa is such a fantastic hairdresser and a really lovely person! This was my second time in the salon and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is really positive and relaxed- highly recommend!
best hair cut experiance I've had in ages, not so much the cut, due to it being more a tidy up trim. but the service was great. only issue, which was probably my fault I had a conditioning treatment but due to hair being in good condition couldn't really tell much difference, might have been nice to be offered alternatives.

Was taken for my appointment on time. Kind, attentive staff. Excellent massage with the hair wash too. Overall a great experience. Am really happy with my colour and cut.
I booked haircuts for myself and a friend. Overall, our haircuts were nice - we both walked away with stylish cuts. The only thing lacking was a bit of finesse. Our experiences were not equal - my friend did not get a head massage as part of the wash, and I was not offered a drink. Very picky feedback, but I would hope for slightly more attention to detail.
