I booked in for a cut and blow dry - the woman on reception was really friendly and made me feel really welcome and I was introduced to my stylist. We then had a quick consultation, my hair was washed and she began cutting. I was a little disappointed to have not been offered a drink of any sort and my stylist didn't talk to me very much throughout the treatment. I am happy with the cut but just felt the general customer care and service from my stylist was lacking so I don't think I would rebook.
