I was actually quite disappointed with my visit. The stylist did a decent job cutting my hair but then it was a trim of the ends only so nothing complicated. The treatment was fine although she tried quite hard to sell me into another, more expensive product. But it was the overall customer service that makes me resent pay this much for a trim and treatment. There was very little care for customers; when I asked where the ladies was I was told it’s for customers only, my first hair wash was fine but it was rather mechanical without head massage and the second wash got water all over my face and neck. It’s also fairly untidy, uncessarily noisy and the bathroom could do with a good clean. Unsure if I’ll go back.
I had a really nice blow dry here. I was a bit dubious because the hairdresser was quite rough but the results were really good. I'll be returning!
