I get the impression my experience was rare but I didn’t have a great experience at Mie Mani today.
I changed my appointment date over the phone and this was clearly not recorded as my booking was not there. The salon managed to fit me in half an hour later.
The appointment was ok and the colour was the same as anywhere else. The stylist recommended a toning treatment which didn’t really have much of an effect - not the stylists fault.
When paying for this extra treatment the stylist said that he was a senior stylist and that usually it would be £50 for his services so I should make sure I select this on Treatwell. I’d be more than happy to pay for an experienced stylist but the mistake of the appointment was not my fault but the salons but I was made to feel like it was.
I’m looking for a salon on shoreditch that I can stick with and I’m disappointed that Mie mani will not be the salon I return to.
