Had a cut by Pedro; it was rushed, the cut itself was ok but he used a very high heat setting to blow dry my hair and did not use any protect. The blow dry was extremely rough and I need to get another cut as all the dry bits were not properly cut. Shame because previously I went to see Mauritzio who was brilliant and super attentive.
